The house is less than 1 mile from the beach in a quiet location in Playa Flamenca.  Close to restaurants, bars and shops.  There are full facilities within walking distance so a hire car is not essential.

Close to prestigious golf courses: 4km from Villa Martin, 6km from Las Ramblas and Campoamor, 15 minutes drive to La Finca and 25 minutes drive to La Manga. 

There are many tourist attractions in the area to suit all tastes. Water parks, go-karting, museums, horse riding, zoos, palm gardens, theme park, water sports, diving, the large 'parque natural', many beaches, markets, bowling, cinema. There may even be a local fiesta at the time of your visit. There are historic towns to visit, traditional villages, beautiful coves, lovely countryside and even nearby mountains. Just down the road is the Mar Menor, famous for it's mud baths and water sports.

The area is serviced by two local airports, Alicante about 45 minutes by car to the north and Murcia (San Javier) approximately 20 minutes to the south.  Playa Flamenca is easily reached using the national N332 road or the AP7 toll motorway.  The town of Torrevieja is a short drive or bus ride away.
